Andrea Tash, like many Tahoe Residents, came here for a “weekend”. Tahoe is a unique place, people seem to come here and never leave. Lake Tahoe has that kind of mysterious draw to it, or perhaps it’s simpler than that; The climate is great with lots of sunshine, the people are friendly, the natural beauty of the outdoors is breathtaking, and the recreation is unparalleled. Well, she was drawn in by the big blue magnetic effects of Lake Tahoe like the rest of the accidental residents passing through, and in the winter of 1989 her weekend trip turned into a new wonderful life in the mountains. The result following was what ended up to be the best quality of life decision she could have ever imagined, she left behind her hectic City life, the smog filled air, the rush hour traffic and traded it all in for the peace and serenity of Lake Tahoe.

Being an avid skier and outdoor enthusiast she found no lack of exciting activities. She settled in Alpine Meadows skiing and working at the mountain. She skied regularly, worked evenings as a bartender and attended The University of Rene Nevada. Life was full of exciting activities, new friends, and little time to sleep.

Pondering what to do when she grew up, she realized that engaging in some sort of Real Estate activity was the logical thing for her do. It was the business most of her family members were in and she had grown up exposed to its many aspects. Knowing there’s only so much Tahoe to go around and realizing the place was truly special, she wanted a piece of it. She started looking for a home to call her own and then more to invest in.

Her real estate career in Tahoe started in the rental and renovation business. She sought out fixer uppers to purchase, she would remodel and tastefully decorate them, rent them while waiting for their appreciation to mature and sell them. Her career then expanded to include the Sales aspect of Real Estate. She realized being a Realtor was the natural evolution of her career path. Her genuine enthusiasm in working with and helping people coupled with her experience with the local market trends made the choice of this career an obvious. She was happy when the opportunity arose to hang her license in one of Tahoes most respected and successful offices Tahoe Riverfront Realty.

Currently she is happy to be doing what she truly loves to do in work and in life. She works in an exciting field she enjoys as a Realtor and Real Estate investor. She recreates in the great outdoors frequently, riding mountain bikes and water skiing summers and snow skiing winters. She has the opportunity to meet great people, keep current in the Real Estate field and live life to its fullest here in Tahoes paradise.

Her life mottos are dream big dreams because when they come true you don’t want to regret dreaming too small. Live large, work hard, imagine anything is possible and focus on the journey not the destination because that will allow you to always have fun along the way.
